Kuala Lumper-based Malaysian Bio-XCell Sdn Bhd rolled out its “Titanium” scheme late last month, explaining that it gives manufacturers the option of leasing land for production plants - rather than buying the plots outright - and grants them access to utilities on a pay per use basis.
At a press conference Bio-XCell CEO Rizatuddin Ramli said it represents the next phase of the park which is designed to attract biomanufacturers and ecosystem providers to set up their operations at the 160 acres park located in Nusajaya, Johor.
The organisation did not respond to requests for additional information ahead of publication.
